Knottingley Canoe Club Membership

No matter what your experience, age or ability, as long as you are in good health and can swim 50m, you are welcome to come and join us for a taster session.

 

We meet Monday evenings (7pm to 8:30pm) at Knottingley Sports Centre.

Session charges are:
Adults: £4.50
Children: £3.50
Concessions: £3.50
Family: £10.00

After 3 initial taster sessions you will be asked to formally join the club.

Annual Membership is payable in April and costs:
Adults: £20.00
Children: £10.00
Concessions: £10.00
Family: £30.00
(Children – under 18;
Concessions – those not in work and under 21)

As a member you will be given tuition and full access to the club’s facilities.

Please note the Knottingley Canoe Club is a non-profit making club run by volunteers dedicated to furthering the sport of canoeing, and having fun.

In order to avoid any disappointment, please contact us first to make sure we have spaces available.

Note that in order to be accepted as a member of Knottingley Canoe Club, you must understand that canoeing / kayaking is undertaken at your own risk and must give full consent for any family members participating in club activities.

If you suffer from any disability or medical condition which may render you unfit for strenuous exercise then you must inform the club immediately. This will help us to ensure that you have a safe paddling experience.
